Week 20: The 100th Day of School!
I cannot believe we celebrated the 100th day of school already! The kids were greeted with a 100th day banner and the song 'Celebrate' was playing loudly in our room as they entered! We all danced and enjoyed the morning. Mr. Cook even came in our room to show off his dance moves!

Week 19: We love QR codes!
We use QR codes a lot in math. It is a great way to engage students in learning.
This week we used our Ipads to scan qr codes for 1 more/1 less, 10 more/10 less activities.
It was super fun and the kids did great at solving the problems!

Week 18: Deputy Phil and Sunshine!
We have been having unseasonable, beautiful weather this month!! I hope everyone had a chance to enjoy some quality family time outside this weekend! I know Lily and I enjoyed playing outside and eating popsicles...just like we would on a spring or summer day!
Hopefully, this beautiful weather is an indication that the 2nd half of the school year is going to be filled with warmth and sunshine!
On Friday, the K-2 students attended the Deputy Phil Program. Deputy Phil promotes kindness and being a buddy not a bully. The kids enjoyed the magic show and also received a very important message.
